Shipping and
handling charge (S&H)
is flat-rated: US$4.65 for US orders, US$6.95 for Canada orders, and
US$9.95 for the rest of the world. We ship via USPS Priority Mail in
US (2 to 3 days), and Global Priority for international (5 to 7 days).
